It would make a great deal of sense to know clearly the difference between foods that cause degenerative diseases and those whole, natural foods that are far less likely to cause such diseases and to remain perfectly focused on only the foods, herbs, supplements and habits that heal.

A Diet for Wholeness and Enlightenment
Here are several bad habits and widely distributed commercial junk foods that are universally consumed throughout the western civilization and western lifestyle. These dangerous foods and habits are listed here in order to give you more perspective regarding which foods are natural and healing by first describing those foods and habits which are not and why they are so harmful.
Processed cheese - Digestive and colon disorders such as constipation and colitis due to lack of fiber, high in chemical preservatives, artificial colors, trans-fats and emulsifiers such as sodium phosphate, potassium phosphate and tartrate. Even natural cheese is not my idea of a healthy or healing food.
Sugar - Anything too sweet tends to create problems on the long-run, such as food cravings and addictions, diabetes, high triglycerides, breakdown of circulation system caused by too many free radicals caused by the oxidation of sugar metabolites. Sugar also depletes minerals and vitamins from the body. White sugar and high fructose corn syrup are some of the worst kinds. Please avoid all forms of sugar, even honey and sugars from dried fruits such as raisins and dates can sometimes be a problem. Cancer cells thrive on sugar.
Hamburgers - Arteriosclerosis from free radical peroxidation caused by frying ground meat in dangerous vegetable oil. Erodes or reduces the body's ability to maintain a healthy pH level leading to tooth decay, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
Hotdogs - Nitrates, and other cancer-causing chemicals. Erodes or reduces the body's ability to maintain a healthy pH level leading to tooth decay, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
Red meat - Hormones, antibiotics, nitrate formation, and other cancer-causing chemicals. Erodes or reduces the body's ability to maintain a healthy pH level leading to tooth decay, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
Bread - This most commonly eaten staple (especially white bread) is insidious on the colon in that some of it is never completely eliminated and piles up in the form of non-digestible mucus over time within the extremely long and complex digestive system. The rest immediately breaks down into tissue-damaging sugars while helping to reduce the body's ability to maintain a healthy pH level leading to tooth decay, arthritis, and osteoporosis. These same problems applies to cookies, doughnuts, crackers and any other processed carbohydrate food derived from wheat products.
Homogenized/Pasteurized Milk - Arteriosclerosis and destructive enzyme, xanthine oxidase. All the fats in milk are oxidized by the homogenization process causing dangerous free-radicals from the peroxidation of milk fats. Long-term usage of homogenized milk leads to a serious break-down in the circulation system leading to strokes, heart-attacks and kidney stones.

Crackers - Diabetes, digestive and colon disorders, high triglycerides, breakdown of circulation system caused by too many free radicals caused by the oxidation of sugar metabolites.
Doughnuts - Diabetes, digestive and colon disorders due to lack of fiber, high triglycerides, breakdown of circulation system caused by too many free-radicals caused by the oxidation of sugar metabolites.
Potato chips - Arteriosclerosis from free-radical peroxidation caused by frying in dangerous vegetable oil, digestive and colon disorders due to lack of fiber.
French fries - Arteriosclerosis from free-radical peroxidation caused by frying in dangerous vegetable oil, digestive and colon disorders due to lack of fiber.
Vegetable oils - Extremely dangerous substance unfortunately found in most salad dressings, and on the shelves of every supermarket stored in clear, plastic unrefrigerated containers usually labeled as sunflower, safflower, and soybean oils. These oils contain high amounts of unsaturated fatty acids prone to dangerous, cancer-causing free-radical peroxidation upon exposure to light, heat, moisture, and prolonged storage.
Trans-fatty acids and hydrogenated vegetable oils - Even worse than vegetable oils.
Soft drinks - Tooth decay, arthritis, and osteoporosis due to high carbonic acid, citric acid, and often phosphoric acid content. Erodes or reduces the body's ability to maintain a healthy pH level.
Cofee - Overstimulation of pancreas and adrenals, any added sugar is also not good.
Cigarette smoking - Lung cancer, heart disease, breakdown of circulation system, and premature aging. Lowers pH of the body.
Overconsumption of Alcohol - Causes all manner of social, psychological and medical problems. Causes an accumulation of dangerous aldehyde free-radicals in the liver causing the eventual destruction of vital liver tissues and brain tissues.
Sunbathing too long - Causes premature skin aging symptoms (especially without sunscreen or some other protection) such as wrinkling, brown or aging spots, warts, moles, dry patches or keratosis, miscellaneous growths, skin tags and melanoma.
One should never expect any natural food or herbal remedy to work without first completely and permanently abandoning all of the above addictions and habits as these habits can be extremely harmful in multiple ways, especially on the long-run.
Please use the following natural whole organically-grown foods to replace the above harmful junk food. This diet is based on the principle of the stone-age or palaeolithic diet long before any harmful or toxic and processed foods were added to the human diet. This diet is so beneficial, it has a strong, permanent spiritual and moral effect on one's outlook on life.
Ground raw nuts and seed - Including almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, sesame seed, oats, and pecans. Provides a much needed healthy combination of stable saturated fatty acids, protein and fiber which satisfies appetite without excessive weight gain.
Seed milks such as hemp seed milk and rice milk - Provides essential fatty acids and protein and is a perfect replacement for potentially harmful pasteurized cow milk.
Raw fruits and vegetables and their juices - Helps to maintain the body's natural pH balance
Chicken and turkey - High in complete protein needed to curb appetite and reduce obesity.
Salmon and sardines - High in complete protein needed to curb appetite and reduce obesity. Contains natural fish oils such as EPA and DHA vital for circulation and brain health.
Food grade yeast - High in various amino acids, phosphorus and B-complex.
Green food powdered formulas - Including chlorella, spiralina, barley grass and wheat grass juice powder. Helps to maintain the body's natural pH balance.
