WILL GREEN TECHNOLOGY SAVE OUR NATURAL WORLD FROM DISASTER?

Environmental and Economic Concerns Seem to Always Be Considered Opposing Interests

Saturday, 7-9-2005, Article 30

Two Opposing Views Should not be Opposing

Environmental and economic concerns seem to always be considered separate and opposing interests (issues) in the news. However, when the whole picture is considered, they are really just two sides of the same coin.

Ultimately, environment and economic needs are really quite interdependent.

All out economic growth without any concern about maintaining and conserving precious natural resources would ultimately depleat these resources, leading to a massive and disasterous economic halt or shutdown. The present rate of fossil fuel consumption without any attempts to change over to alternative sources of power such as solar, wind, electric and fuel cell, would naturally and ultimately lead to complete consumption of all fossil fuels within the next hundred years while at the same time accelarating global warming leading to massive flooding, severe weather, and other major disruptive global changes.

What I am saying is that it is clearly impossible to sustain economic growth and development without the serious self-defeating consequences I just mentioned, making it impossible for any further growth. After all, if all the forests are burned down, no more houses can be built, and the air would become depleated of oxygen.

Real economic growth in the future would have to be intimately involved with the development of and changeover to alternative and cleaner sources of power and more advanced and efficent technology.

Another serious issue is population growth. Unlimited economic and population growth is not possible. Unless the planet is infinitely huge, unlimited growth cannot continue. Economic growth must be transformed into economic refinement on ever increasing levels of sophisticated efficiency soley for the purpose of increasing everyone's natural well-being and quality of life. Continued population growth and blind economic expansion ultimately must end in a nightmare scenario of massive suffering and horrible sacrifices. Thoughtful improvements in the way future economic growth is to take place is required!

There is too much emphasis on quantity and not enough on quality. The kind of growth and expansion occuring should now be in the direction of quality, efficiency and technological refinement that respects and encourages human compassion, ingenuity, individuality, values, quality of life and spirituality. This concept must include a mandatory sychronization with the natural environment, respect for nature, living side by side with nature in harmony rather than clashing with it. Real future economic advancement for it to be considered real progress should result in an increase in everyone's availability to natural beauty and resources rather than a decrease, less competition, and more opportunity for personal peace, satisfaction, enrichment and enjoyment.

Global WarNing Fossil Fuels Are Killing All Life!

A Message to Humanity - Humanity's present momentum of continuous growth in urban sprawl and population cannot be sustained without seriously destroying some of the earth's most vital resources. For every square mile of heavily populated urban land, there needs to be at least fifty-five square miles of clean farmland and unspoiled wilderness area to support it. While the oceans are being filled with toxic pollutants and vast amounts of trash, many species of fish and whales are constantly being threatened. The more people living a high-resource consumption lifestyle, the more species of vital plants, trees and animals will become extinct. Read the book for incredible stories and some amazing solutions...

On the Brink of Catastrophe Save Ourselves from Fossil Fuels!

One can debate global warming until everyone either succumbs to intense heat, dehydration, starvation or drowns under 150 feet of water. There is much humanity can still do to help slow down or reverse many insidious changes in our atmosphere, but time is running out fast before a certain "tipping point" or point of no return is reached sending the earth on a terrifying runaway green-house scenario resulting in some of the worse and most far-ranging environmental catastrophes imaginable. What will most likely happen in the next hundred years? What can be done to slow these highly disturbing trends toward an irreversible global melt-down where dozens of low-lying lands, coastlines and costal cities will become part of the expanding ocean?

The Food Revolution: How Your Diet Can Help Save Your Life and Our World by John Robbins and Dean Ornish - Editorial Reviews - From Publishers Weekly - What can we do to help stop global warming, feed the hungry, prevent cruelty to animals, avoid genetically modified foods, be healthier and live longer? Eat vegetarian, Robbins (Diet for a New America) argues. Noting the massive changes in the environment, food-production methods, and technology over the last two decades, he lambastes (in a manner less tough-mindedly restrained than Frances Moore Lapp’'s classic Diet for a Small Planet) contemporary factory-farming methods and demonstrates that individual dietary choices can be both empowering and have a broader impact. Robbins, heir to the Baskin-Robbins ice-cream empire (he rejected it to live according to his values), takes on fad diets, the meat industry, food irradiation, hormone and antibiotic use in animals, cruel animal husbandry practices, the economics of meat consumption, biotechnology and the prevalence of salmonella and E. Coli. Some details are downright revolting (euthanized dogs and cats often are made into cattle feed), horrific (some 90% of cows, pigs and poultry are still conscious when butchered) and mind-boggling (it takes 5,214 gallons of water to produce one pound of beef). Despite all this and more distressing information, Robbins ends on a hopeful note, detailing growth in organic farming, public awareness and consumer activism worldwide, as well as policy changes, especially in Europe. Well researched and lucidly written, if sometimes overly sentimental and burdened by clich’d rhetoric, this book is sure to spark discussion and incite readers to examine their food choices. (July 2)Forecast: Diet for a New America was both controversial and influential; Robbins's name (and that of Dr. Dean Ornish, who provides a foreword) should draw readers, particularly to the author's six-city western U.S. tour. Global warming, animal rights, meat safety and genetically modified food are being recognized as important issues, but the kind of sea change the book calls for is unlikely to find a mass audience. Copyright 2001 Cahners Business Information, Inc.

From Library Journal - Robbins, author of the classic Diet for a New America, believes that plant-based nutrition and particularly vegan diets (free of meat, milk, and eggs) lead to long life and good health. Citing statistics, research studies, and selected quotes that extol the benefits of such diets, he also argues that animal products are responsible for such diseases as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, and cancer. Robbins deplores the inadequate sanitation and inspection in meat-processing plants and argues that many of the illnesses and stomach ailments that people complain about result from animal agriculture and the pathogens it introduces into our bodies. He also raises concerns about the dangers of fad diets that advocate high carbohydrates, high protein, or high fat. Robbins's zealous advocacy of plant-based nutrition and his refusal to consider the need for animal products in human nutrition throws his book off balance. Nevertheless, those who want to know more about vegan diets will gain many insights from his provocative book. Recommended for large nutrition collections with a diversity of viewpoints. Product Description - Protecting our environment is one of the biggest issues facing our planet today. But how do we solve a problem that can seem overwhelming-even hopeless? As Diane MacEachern argues in Big Green Purse, the best way to fight the industries that pollute the planet, thereby changing the marketplace forever, is to mobilize the most powerful consumer force in the world-women.

MacEachern's message is simple but revolutionary. If women harness the "power of their purse" and intentionally shift their spending money to commodities that have the greatest environmental benefit, they can create a cleaner, greener world. Spirited and informative, this book:

- targets twenty commodities-cars, cosmetics, coffee, food, paper products, appliances, cleansers, and more-where women's dollars can make a dramatic difference; - provides easy-to-follow guidelines and lists so women can choose the greenest option regardless of what they're buying, along with recommended companies they should support; - encourages women to spend wisely by explaining what's worth the premium price some green products cost, what's not, and when they shouldn't spend money at all; and - differentiates between products that are actually "green" and those that are simply marketed as "ecofriendly."

Whether readers want to start with small changes or are ready to devote the majority of their budget to green products, MacEachern offers concrete and immediate ways that women can take action and make a difference. Empowering and enlightening, Big Green Purse will become the "green shopping bible" for women everywhere who are asking, "What can I do?"

Earth in Mind: On Education, Environment, and the Human Prospect by David W. Orr - Product Description - In Earth in Mind, noted environmental educator David W. Orr focuses not on problems in education, but on the problem of education.

Much of what has gone wrong with the world, he argues, is the result of inadequate and misdirected education that: alienates us from life in the name of human domination; causes students to worry about how to make a living before they know who they are; overemphasizes success and careers; separates feeling from intellect and the practical from the theoretical; deadens the sense of wonder for the created world.

The crisis we face, Orr explains, is one of mind, perception, and values. It is, first and foremost, an educational challenge.

The author begins by establishing the grounds for a debate about education and knowledge. He describes the problems of education from an ecological perspective, and challenges the "terrible simplifiers" who wish to substitute numbers for values. He follows with a presentation of principles for re-creating education in the broadest way possible, discussing topics such as biophilia, the disciplinary structure of knowledge, the architecture of educational buildings, and the idea of ecological intelligence. Orr concludes by presenting concrete proposals for reorganizing the curriculum to draw out our affinity for life.

About the Author - DAVID W. ORR is the Paul Sears Distinguished Professor of Environmental Studies and Politics at Oberlin College. The recipient of the Bioneers Award and the Lyndhurst Prize, he has written three previous books and scores of articles on subjects ranging from education to agriculture.

Essentials of Environmental Health by Robert Friis - Product Description - Environmental threats are occurring on a worldwide scale. Dramatic pictures of the devastating effects of natural disasters lead the nightly news. Stories of chemical spills and contaminated groundwater, deforestation and suburban sprawl, depleted fisheries and exploding human population, litter the pages of the newspapers daily. National and international policymakers are concerned about the potential impact on the health of the world's population and on the global environment and, as a result, much progress has been made in informing the public and introducing regulations for the control of these hazards. As the first in the Essential Public Health series, Essentials of Environmental Health is a clear and comprehensive study of the major topics of environmental health including: Background of the field and "tools of the trade" (environmental epidemiology, environmental toxicology, and environmental policy and regulation). Environmental diseases (microbial agents, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation). Applications and domains of environmental health (water and air quality, food safety, waste disposal, and occupational health). In a straightforward, non-technical approach, the author has included many examples and illustrations of environmental health issues. Perfect for the beginning student as well as the experienced health professional, each chapter concludes with study questions and exercises to engage the reader in further study

Taking Charge of Your Fertility: The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement, and Reproductive Health (Revised Edition) by Toni Weschler - Editorial Reviews - Amazon.com Review - This comprehensive book explains in lucid, assured terms how to practice the fertility awareness method (FAM), a natural, scientifically proven but little-known form of birth control (which is not to be confused with the woefully ineffective "rhythm" method). Author Toni Weschler has been teaching fertility awareness for almost 20 years, and it's only just now gaining in popularity. As the book explains, by using simple fertility signs including peaks in morning body temperature and changes in cervical position and cervical mucus, it's possible to determine when ovulation is taking place. Fertility awareness is therefore useful for not only couples who are trying to conceive, but for those who are aiming to avoid pregnancy without the use of chemical contraceptives. It will be of special interest to those women who have suffered from infertility; many FAM practitioners have told the author that by filling in the detailed charts in the book, they've realized that they were chronically miscarrying, even when their doctors told them they weren't conceiving at all. As the book explains, by charting body temperature, it's simple to tell when pregnancy has occurred--and when there's danger of miscarriage. Taking Charge of Your Fertility also explains how to choose the sex of your baby by timing intercourse according to certain fertility signs. It also features thorough, easy-to-understand explanations of hormones, the menstrual cycle, and menopause, along with fertility tests and treatments and their long- and short-term side effects, plus a topnotch resource section. Recommended for any woman who wants to better understand her body. --Erica Jorgensen --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

Review - This beautifully written guide to a woman's fertility signs....packed with knowledge, wisdom, humor a must for the bookshelf. --Co-authors of The New Our Bodies, Ourselves --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

Life Matters : Creating a Dynamic Balance of Work, Family, Time & Money by A. Roger Merrill and Rebecca Merrill - Editorial Reviews - From Publishers Weekly - The Merrills, time management experts who co-authored First Things First with Stephen Covey (The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People), expand their range here to cover creative ways to successfully balance four major aspects of life: family, money, work and time. The premise of their program rests on what the authors call three gotta do's-validate expectations, optimize effort and develop navigational intelligence. For example, if you have determined for yourself and your family that financial security is important (validate expectations), it is necessary to take steps to achieve this (optimize effort) by, say, getting out of consumer debt. Navigational intelligence is the ability to make appropriate decisions when unpredictable events arise that may interfere with your focus. The Merrills borrow a paradigm from their earlier book that divides tasks into four quadrants; urgent, not urgent, important and unimportant. Drawing on personal anecdotes, the authors show how this division can facilitate making choices that balance the requirements of a family life with earning a living. Their philosophy is based on the conviction that a strong family-centered life is one of the keys to happiness and central to a stable civilization. The Merrills recommend working with children to create a family mission statement; they advocate regular family meetings, shared family activities and scheduled "dates" between husbands and wives. This thoughtful self-help manual is not a quick read, but its advice is sound and can easily be applied to daily life. Copyright 2003 Reed Business Information, Inc. Review - Marie Osmond Most people I know really want to put their family first, but with all the various tugs and pulls that can cause distractions, the most important things in our lives can be neglected. The invaluable information in this book will help you balance family, work, and finances, and give you the inspiration to help you make the changes necessary to have internal peace and improved relationships. -- Review --This text refers to the Audio CD edition.

Take Back Your Time: Fighting Overwork and Time Poverty in America by John de Graaf - Editorial Reviews - From Publishers Weekly - Touted as the official handbook of Take Back Your Time Day (a national event to be held on October 24, 2003), this compilation of expert views on America's battles against "time poverty" pulls out all the stops with its 30 powerful essays. De Graaf, author of Affluenza and TBYT Day's national coordinator, introduces each piece with background on its author and anecdotes drawn from his career as a teacher, documentary television producer and leader in public policy groups. The contributors, who range from economists and policymakers to activists and clergy, describe the problems of the 24/7 lifestyle: rising health care costs, diminishing family time, etc. In "The Simple Solution," Cecile Andrews admonishes readers to give up "obsessive multitasking." ("Think of the things you've seen people do while they're driving-putting on makeup, changing clothes, eating cereal, nursing a baby, reading the newspaper, and of course, jabbering on cell phones.") In "Can America Learn from Shabbat?", Rabbi Arthur Waskow argues that "there are deep human needs for rest and reflection, for family time and community time" and laments that "economic and cultural pressures are grinding those deep human needs under foot." Other authors suggest that the lethal consequences of overwork result in road rage, repetitive stress injuries, health problems, fast food mania, an increase in the working retired, inadequate child supervision, and even a proliferation of dog-walkers. De Graf also includes essays that help readers find ways to take time to be a citizen, retrieve shrinking vacation periods, cease the time-consuming pursuit of "stuff" and engage in job sharing, sabbaticals and other strategies. Illuminating and even surprising (e.g., the average American labors 350 more hours per year than his western European counterpart), this book should sell particularly well in areas were the "simplicity" movement is popular. Copyright 2003 Reed Business Information, Inc.

Product Description - The typical American worker puts in nine weeks more on the job than his or her European counterpart. The costs of this overwork are enormous, both personally and societally. This bracing collection of essays is both a wide-ranging analysis of the phenomenon and a blueprint for change. With contributions by such notable names as Vicki Robin, author of Your Money or Your Life, and David Korten, author of When Corporations Rule the World, this book shows what ordinary citizens can do to restore balance to themselves and their communities. Take Back Your Time is the official handbook for Take Back Your Time Day, a national event rallying support for reclaiming a proper work-life balance.

The New Organic Grower: A Master's Manual of Tools and Techniques for the Home and Market Gardener (A Gardener's Supply Book) by Eliot Coleman (Author), Sheri Amsel (Illustrator), Molly Cook Field - Editorial Review - From Library Journal - Coleman's personable work draws together the experience and wisdom of his 25 years as a vegetable gardener in Maine. It includes nearly all the material in the previous edition (LJ 11/1/89), communicating a respect and feeling for "the land" and its processes. Every page is imbued with the wisdom and careful observations he and his associates have gathered; from soil structure to "mobile greenhouses" that expand the growing season, each method is thought through to its ultimate impact on the earth and on economic survival. Well-presented graphics illustrate methods and techniques. This new edition includes sidebar references and notes, new chapters on creating fertile soil (without importing items such as manure from sources that may not use organic methods), and use of existing information channels to learn of new information. Of interest for even the smallest veggie patch grower. The Dirt Doctor's Guide to Organic Gardening presents many of the same sustainable concepts with the vehemence of its radio talk show host and news columnist author. Garrett gives tips on a broader range of home gardening, including landscaping and wildlife, and spends much effort on the abuses of past and current practice. Basics are presented briefly, with many eco-asides that help break up the dense, information-rich text. Lack of visuals makes the material harder to absorb, yet one is constantly copying out directions as they appear. These tidbits and the coverage of issues concerning Southern gardens make the title of value, though gathering the tips in an appendix or special section would have provided better access. Four-Season Harvest: Organic Vegetables from Your Home Garden All Year Long by Eliot Coleman, Barbara Damrosch, Kathy Bray - Editorial Review - From Publishers Weekly - From first sentence to last, Coleman's ( The New Organic Gardener ) book is a delight--an earnest guide written with an impish sense of humor. It will refresh anyone who wants to get the most from a vegetable garden yet doesn't want to devote too much time and energy to the process. Apparently Coleman thoroughly enjoys every phase of gardening--from planting crops to weeding. Who else has ever suggested, only half in jest, dancing with a hoe? Or keeping a pair of ducks for pest patrol? This is that kind of book. It's also a book full of valuable information on how to harvest fresh vegetables and salad ingredients literally year-round--yet without an expensive greenhouse or indoor light garden set-up. Coleman combines succession planting (small sowings three or more times, rather than one big endeavor) with cold-frame growing in the winter months. He includes how-tos for building simple cold-frames. Given the fact that he lives in Maine, his advice seems all the more reliable. He believes in simplicity ("If what I am doing in the garden seems complicated, it is probably wrong"), seasonality (tomatoes in summer, broccoli in fall, mache in February) and diplomacy in the garden (which "has more to teach us than just how to grow food"). Here, his philosophy of organic growing is shared easily. The book concludes with an extensive chapter on the vegetables that comprise his "cast of characters." Illustrated. Copyright 1992 Reed Business Information, Inc. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

Product Description - If you love the joys of eating home-garden vegetables but always thought those joys had to stop at the end of summer, this book is for you. Eliot Coleman introduces the surprising fact that most of the United States has more winter sunshine than the south of France. He shows how North American gardeners can successfully use that sun to raise a wide variety of traditional winter vegetables in backyard cold frames and plastic covered tunnel greenhouses without supplementary heat. Coleman expands upon his own experiences with new ideas learned on a winter-vegetable pilgrimage across the ocean to the acknowledged kingdom of vegetable cuisine, the southern part of France, which lies on the 44th parallel, the same latitude as his farm in Maine.

This story of sunshine, weather patterns, old limitations and expectations, and new realities is delightfully innovative in the best gardening tradition. Four-Season Harvest will have you feasting on fresh produce from your garden all through the winter.

Anastasia (The Ringing Cedars, Book 1) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid, and Dr. Sharashkin - Product Description - "Anastasia", the first book of the Ringing Cedars Series, tells the story of entrepreneur Vladimir Megre's trade trip to the Siberian taiga in 1995, where he witnessed incredible spiritual phenomena connected with sacred 'ringing cedar' trees. He spent three days with a woman named Anastasia who shared with him her unique outlook on subjects as diverse as gardening, child-rearing, healing, Nature, sexuality, religion and more. This wilderness experience transformed Vladimir so deeply that he abandoned his commercial plans and, penniless, went to Moscow to fulfill Anastasia's request and write a book about the spiritual insights she so generously shared with him. True to her promise this life-changing book, once written, has become an international best-seller and has touched hearts of millions of people world-wide.

The Ringing Cedars of Russia (The Ringing Cedars, Book 2) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid Sharashkin, and John Woodsworth - Product Description - "The Ringing Cedars of Russia," the second book of the Ringing Cedars Series, in addition to providing a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the story of how "Anastasia" came to be published, offers a deeper exploration of the universal concepts so dramatically revealed in Book 1. It takes the reader on an adventure through the vast expanses of space, time and spirit from the Paradise-like glade in the Siberian taiga to the rough urban depths of Russia's capital city, from the ancient mysteries of our forebears to a vision of humanity's radiant future.

The Space of Love (The Ringing Cedars, Book 3) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid Sharashkin, and John Woodsworth - Product Description - "The Space of Love," the third book of the Series, describes author's second visit to Anastasia. Rich with new revelations on natural child-rearing and alternative education, on the spiritual significance of breast-feeding and the meaning of ancient megaliths, it shows how each person's thoughts can influence the destiny of the entire Earth and describes practical ways of putting Anastasia's vision of happiness into practice. Megre shares his new outlook on education and children's real creative potential after a visit to a school where pupils build their own campus and cover the ten-year Russian school programme in just two years. Complete with an account of an armed intrusion into Anastasia's habitat, the book highlights the limitless power of Love and non-violence.

Co-Creation (The Ringing Cedars, Book 4) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid, and Dr. Sharashkin - Product Description - "Co-creation," the fourth book and centrepiece of the Series, paints a dramatic living image of the creation of the Universe and humanity's place in this creation, making this primordial mystery relevant to our everyday living today. Deeply metaphysical yet at the same time down-to-Earth practical, this poetic heart-felt volume helps us uncover answers to the most significant questions about the essence and meaning of the Universe and the nature and purpose of our existence. It also shows how and why the knowledge of these answers, innate in every human being, has become obscured and forgotten, and points the way toward reclaiming this wisdom and in partnership with Nature manifesting the energy of Love through our lives.

Who Are We? (The Ringing Cedars, Book 5) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid Sharashkin, and John Woodsworth - Product Description - "Who are we?", the fifth book of the Ringing Cedars Series, describes the author's search for real-life 'proofs' of Anastasia's vision presented in the previous volumes. Finding these proofs and taking stock of ongoing global environmental destruction, Vladimir Megre describes further practical steps for putting Anastasia's vision into practice. Full of beautiful realistic images of a new way of living in co-operation with the Earth and each other, this book also highlights the role of children in making us aware of the precariousness of the present situation and in leading the global transition toward a happy, violence-free society.

The Book of Kin (The Ringing Cedars Series, Book 6) 2nd Edition (The Ringing Cedars) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid, and Dr. Sharashkin - Product Description - "The Book of Kin", the sixth book of the Series, describes another visit by the author to Anastasia's glade in the Siberian taiga and his conversations with his growing son, which cause him to take a new look at education, science, history, family and Nature. Through parables and revelatory dialogues and stories Anastasia then leads Vladimir Megre and the reader on a shocking re-discovery of the pages of humanity's real history that have been distorted or kept secret for thousands of years. This knowledge sheds light on the causes of war, oppression and violence in the modern world and guides us in preserving the wisdom of our ancestors and passing it over to future generations

The Energy of Life (The Ringing Cedars, Book 7) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid Sharashkin, and John Woodsworth - Product Description - Book 7 of the Ringing Cedars series re-asserts the power of human thought in our lives, in the destiny of planet Earth and in the Universe, and presents ways to consciously control and build up the power of our creative thought. The book sheds further light on humanity s forgotten history, religion, the roots of inter-racial and inter-religious conflict, ideal nutrition, and how a new way of thinking and a lifestyle in true harmony with Nature can lead to happiness and solve our personal and societal problems. Now re-issued with new cover art. --This text refers to the Paperback edition.

New Civilization (The Ringing Cedars, Book 8, Part 1) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid Sharashkin, and John Woodsworth - Product Description - The first part of Book 8 of the Ringing Cedars series describes another visit by Megre to Anastasia and their son, showing in ever-greater detail how Anastasia s lifestyle of practical cooperation with Nature applies to our lives. Describing how the visions presented in previous volumes have already taken beautiful form to produce massive changes in Russia and beyond, the author discerns the birth of a new civilization. The book also paints a vivid image of a future America in which the conflict between rich and poor has been transcended.

Rites of Love (The Ringing Cedars, Book 8, Part 2) by Vladimir Megre, Leonid, and Dr. Sharashkin - Product Description - Part 2 of Book 8 of the Ringing Cedars series contrasts today's mainstream attitudes with our forebears' deep spiritual understanding of conception, pregnancy, home birth and upbringing of children in an atmosphere of love. In powerful poetic prose, Megre describes their ancient way of life, grounded in love and non-violence, and shows the potential for this same approach to life today. Through one family's story, he portrays the radiant world of the ancient Russian Vedic civilization, the drama of its destruction, and its rebirth in our present time. Now re-issued with new cover art.

"Seven Steps to Wholeness"

Enjoy Absolutely Amazing Bliss and Joy! Learn Sexual Transmutation! Enjoy Unlimited Energy! Rejuvenate Your Cells!

Nothing like this manual has ever been written before. Learn all about a unique spiritual diet and a way of mineral water fasting for pranic nourishment and transmutation that can really boost your spiritual awareness into realms of awesome bliss and love!

WHY NOT LIVE AN ENTIRE LIFESTYLE OF BLISSFUL TRANSMUTATION AND WHOLENESS?

I discovered a perfected, life-changing, utterly unique, Palaeolithic diet regimen and lifestyle that goes way beyond conventional practice. If it is carefully understood and followed, this wholesome lifestyle can help you enjoy unprecedented levels of health, healing and well-being at every moment. I stumbled across a diet and way of life so pure and so effective at physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation, it gives me tremendous bliss and tremendous satisfaction in every aspect of my life. The words of this sacred book will guide you up toward ecstatic levels of health and well-being far beyond conventional diet wisdom that not even a single physician, dietitian, or spiritual guru even knows about, or at least not yet.

There is so much to learn however. I will describe all the phases, stages and difficulties to avoid while attempting to reach such high levels of perfected eating for the lasting enjoyment of wholeness that you would never, ever want to return to the conventional ways of eating again. One must first learn, understand and overcome many of the hazardous food and drug addictions plaguing our society and gradually replace all one's deleterious habits and toxic food substances with only wholesome complete proteins, organic fruits, fats, fibers, vegetables and super-foods mostly free of cell-damaging gluten, lectins and other miscreant substances. Organic, raw fruits, minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids, herbs, fungi, pollens, and vegetables are indeed the greatest healers of all time. Why not base a diet entirely on them?

It should be obvious that nature only intended humans to eat 100% whole, unprocessed food. But our usual western way of life has gone the opposite direction. Most commercially available food contain inflammatory, unhealthy and toxic substances such a far too much sugar, carbs, GMO's, deadly vegetable oils, casein, and gluten, resulting in the eventual development of all manner of chronic degenerative diseases such as depression, anxiety, fatigue, diabetes, arthritis, heart failure and cancer. Multiple diseases of all kinds and years of incredible suffering can be avoided by avoiding junk food, snacks, carbs and sugars while consuming fewer, but much more nutritionally complete, organic, high fat and high fiber meals.

One may think that after eliminating all manner of unhealthy milk products and high carbohydrate foods such as most of the desserts, dairy, whole grain and potato products out there, there would be none or far too few foods left to choose from. This assumption is far from true as there are countless varieties of super-foods, herbs, fruits and vegetables to choose from, some of which contain complete protein and are fully nourishing for the body, especially if you include organic, pasture-raised eggs, algae, and edible fungi along with the vast variety of organic fruits, herbs and vegetables now being grown throughout the world. Learn which vegetables can be used to directly replace all toxic high-gluten whole grains and enjoy the amazing health benefits of living on a fully satisfying, ketogenic, whole foods diet that includes wide variety of tantalizing and delicious superfoods such as spirulina, chlorella, raw cacao (chocolate), bee pollen, pine pollen, avocado, sardines, salmon, pasture-raised eggs, and whole raw ground oat bran, nuts and seed.

Just as vital as making sure only the correct food goes into your mouth, you also need to stop snacking on carbs and instead get into the extremely healthy habit of drinking loads of often mineralized and/or alkalized or distilled water throughout the whole day between full, whole, nutritionally complete meals that are so utterly complete and fulfilling, you desire to eat far less often, resulting in much greater health, healing, and connection with Spirit. It is possible to go on as long as one, full, complete meal every other day for months at a time, saving you massive amounts of time in the kitchen while reducing your grocery and food supplement bills by half! A very select few yogis and mystics can ever seem to go full breatharian, yet one can at least go part of the way using the intermittent fasting lifestyle I am carefully describing in this book step-by-step.

Once you have mastered your intermittent fasting diet, one also needs to understand why it's so vital to master ones sexual energy! Learn how to stop losing VITAL sexual fluids and transmute it using at least seven controversial tools of transmutation to help master your relationship with vital, subtle energy. Learn how to use that energy, correct eating, plenty of mineral water and herbs to blissfully transmute the sexual energy into wholeness, which would uplift you into an even higher state of fulfillment and well-being far more valuable than anything you ever experienced before.

You will learn how this diet and lifestyle of wholeness can lead you toward living more and more on the prana from nature rather than calories from solid foods. You will find that you will feel gradually less hungry and more blissfully energetic, opening up new avenues of inner experience through ecstatic dreams and deep meditation into the realms of samadhi, astral travel and the afterlife. Because the mind is also prone to worry and destructive thoughts, feelings, etc., this book will discus why it is so vital that only the most constructive and helpful thoughts of prosperity and goodness to enter your sacred heart, mind and spirit. You will find out that there is actually a wonderful life after death and that God (unconditional love and everlasting joy) can be realized and discovered as your true nature within your self through deep meditation and samadhi.

The vital "Seven Steps to Wholeness" include: Step 1 - Find the Right Foods and Eliminate All the Junk; Step 2 - Start Fasting on Alkalized Mineral Water Between Meals; Step 3 - Learn the Importance of Full-Spectrum Supplements; Step 4 - Become Aware of Vital Pranic Energy Nourishment; Step 5 - Conserve and Transmute Your Sexual Desires into Bliss; Step 6 - Align with Your True Nature and Know You Are Eternal; Step 7 - Meditation, Samadhi, Astral and Cosmic Consciousness
